Nestli is not medical advice
Nestli is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and nothing in it — including the totals, charts and reminders — is medical advice. Decisions about how much your baby eats, how they are growing, or whether something is wrong belong to you and your pediatrician.
If you are worried about your child's feeding, weight, hydration or health, contact a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Never delay seeking care because of something you read in this app.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Nestli, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use Nestli
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are, and that any information you enter about a child is information you are entitled to record and share.
3. Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including entries made by people you have invited.
4. Sharing with other people
Nestli lets you invite others to a baby's log. Anyone you invite can see that baby's full history — including entries from before they joined — and can create, edit and delete entries. Only invite people you intend to give that access to. You can remove a member at any time, which ends their access immediately, but it does not un-see what they have already seen.
Invitation links grant access to anyone who opens them before they expire. Send them over a channel you trust.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- try to access another family's data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities;
- scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service;
- upload unlawful content, or content about a child you have no right to record;
- resell or redistribute the service.
If you find a security problem, we would genuinely rather hear from you than not — please report it to us rather than exploiting it.
6. Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, display it back to you, and show it to the people you have invited. We do not sell it and we do not use it to advertise to you.
7. Availability
Nestli is free, and provided as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and there will be occasional downtime. Please don't rely on it as your only record of something you cannot afford to lose.
8. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestli is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the data, totals or charts shown are accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Nestli. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Nestli whenever you like and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy for how. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and for material changes we will give notice in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Nestli after that means you accept the new terms.
